Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or leftovers)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce or hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4–6 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for pan frying)
- Optional: sliced jalapeños
- Optional: chopped cilantro
- Optional: diced red onion
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, sour cream, chipotle sauce, and all spices until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon filling into the center. Fold sides in to form a wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Slice in half and serve warm with salsa, guacamole, or a simple salad.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Don’t overfill wraps to make flipping easier. Let wraps cool slightly before slicing to avoid cheese spills. Store leftovers in foil and reheat in a skillet for best crispiness.
