Description

Smoked Sausage Alfredo Bake is a rich, creamy, and deeply satisfying one-dish meal. With smoky sausage, cheesy Alfredo sauce, and perfectly baked pasta, it’s a comforting dinner perfect for busy weeknights or chilly weekends.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced into coins
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water until just al dente, about 1–2 minutes less than package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté the sausage in olive oil over medium heat for 4–5 minutes until browned.
  4. In a large bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir in cooked sausage and pasta.
  5. Transfer to the baking dish and spread evenly. Top with extra mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbling and golden. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Undercook pasta slightly so it finishes baking perfectly. Use high-quality Alfredo sauce for best flavor. Sear sausage well to enhance the smoky depth. Garnish with fresh parsley or crushed croutons for extra texture.
