Description
Smoked Sausage Alfredo Bake is a rich, creamy, and deeply satisfying one-dish meal. With smoky sausage, cheesy Alfredo sauce, and perfectly baked pasta, it’s a comforting dinner perfect for busy weeknights or chilly weekends.
Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced into coins
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the pasta in salted water until just al dente, about 1–2 minutes less than package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the sausage in olive oil over medium heat for 4–5 minutes until browned.
- In a large bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir in cooked sausage and pasta.
- Transfer to the baking dish and spread evenly. Top with extra mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbling and golden. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Undercook pasta slightly so it finishes baking perfectly. Use high-quality Alfredo sauce for best flavor. Sear sausage well to enhance the smoky depth. Garnish with fresh parsley or crushed croutons for extra texture.
