Delightful Smoked Paprika Salmon Bites that blend rich flavors, making them perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fresh salmon fillet (skin removed, diced into small pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (or gluten-free alternative)
  • Mini pastry shells or phyllo dough cups (store-bought or homemade, ensure they’re halal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the diced salmon, smoked paprika, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in the softened cream cheese until well incorporated.
  4. Place your mini pastry shells on a baking sheet and spoon the salmon mixture into each shell.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the filling is heated through.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

Choose quality salmon for better flavor; adjust spices to taste; don’t overfill the pastry shells.
