Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (or a halal butter alternative)
- 2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare a ramekin by greasing it with non-stick spray or butter.
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a microwave safe bowl.
- Mix the egg and sugar until light and fluffy, then add the melted mixture and other ingredients.
- Pour the batter into the ramekin and bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
- Cool for 1 minute before inverting onto a plate.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Pour the batter into the ramekin and cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool for 1 minute before serving.
