Description

A quick and delicious dish that combines the freshness of green beans with Everything Bagel Seasoning, perfect for fall.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 2 teaspoons Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Rinse the green beans under cold water and trim the ends.
  2. Bring salted water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Drain and plunge beans into an ice bath.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Toss in the blanched green beans and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning over the green beans and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
