A quick and delicious dish that combines the freshness of green beans with Everything Bagel Seasoning, perfect for fall.
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 2 teaspoons Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Rinse the green beans under cold water and trim the ends.
- Bring salted water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 2-3 minutes.
- Drain and plunge beans into an ice bath.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Toss in the blanched green beans and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning over the green beans and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
