Ingredients
½ cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Add the cottage cheese to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in the protein powder, almond flour, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
