Ingredients

  • 810 ounces filtered water
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • Juice of half a fresh lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw honey or pure maple syrup (optional)
  • (Optional) Fresh mint, ginger slices, or coconut water for variation


Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with filtered water.
  2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt.
