Ingredients
- 8–10 ounces filtered water
- 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- Juice of half a fresh lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon raw honey or pure maple syrup (optional)
- (Optional) Fresh mint, ginger slices, or coconut water for variation
Instructions
- Fill a glass with filtered water.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt.
- Squeeze in juice of half a fresh lemon.
- Add raw honey or maple syrup if using.
- Stir well until salt and sweetener dissolve completely.
- Taste and adjust flavors if needed.
