Description

This no-bake pineapple fluff dessert is light, creamy, and bursting with tropical flavor. Made in minutes with simple ingredients, it’s perfect for summer barbecues, potlucks, or when you need a sweet treat without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

  • Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple and dry pudding mix. Stir until well blended.

  • Fold in the mini marshmallows, coconut (if using), and nuts.

  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated and fluffy.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow flavors to blend.

  • Serve chilled, topped with maraschino cherries if desired.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use sugar-free pudding and light whipped topping.

  • You can also add mandarin oranges or sliced bananas for a fruity variation.

  • Best enjoyed within 2–3 days of making. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
