Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
- Prepare the eggs by letting them sit at room temperature for about 10–15 minutes.
- Arrange the eggs in the air fryer basket, leaving space for air circulation.
- Air fry the eggs at 270°F (130°C) for 12 minutes.
- Prepare an ice bath while the eggs are cooking.
- Cool the eggs in the ice bath for about 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs under running water for easier removal.
- Serve the eggs sliced in half, seasoned with salt and pepper, and enjoy with toppings!
Notes
Adjust cooking time for less runny yolks; older eggs peel easier and a thermometer can ensure perfect doneness.
