  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin-on

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

  • Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  • Pat salmon fillets dry. Brush both sides with olive oil.

  • Season with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Place fillets skin-side down on the grill grates.
