Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin-on
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Pat salmon fillets dry. Brush both sides with olive oil.
Season with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Place fillets skin-side down on the grill grates.
Grill for 4–5 minutes, then carefully flip.
Cook another 3–4 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
Remove from grill, rest 2 minutes, and serve with lemon and herbs.
Notes
