Description

These Mediterranean Garlic Chicken Wraps are bold, fresh, and full of flavor, the kind of meal that makes weeknights feel special. Juicy chicken, creamy garlic sauce, and crisp veggies wrapped in soft flatbread make this a go-to cozy lunch or dinner recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced thinly
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 soft flatbreads or wraps
  • ½ cucumber, sliced thin
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • A handful of chopped romaine or mixed greens
  • Crumbled feta (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced chicken, garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 6–8 minutes, until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice, and salt to make the garlic sauce.
  4. Warm flatbreads slightly in a dry pan or microwave.
  5. Spread garlic sauce down the center of each flatbread.
  6. Layer with greens, cooked chicken, cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
  7. Top with crumbled feta if using.
  8. Roll the wrap snugly and slice in half.

Notes

Slice the chicken thinly for quicker cooking and better marinade absorption. Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Don’t overfill the wraps and always warm them slightly before assembling to prevent tearing.
