Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup finely chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Optional: ½ cup cooked chopped chicken or sausage
- Optional: ½ tsp red pepper flakes for heat
- Optional: ¼ cup chopped spinach or 1 tbsp pesto
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an oven safe baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir until well mixed and creamy. Fold in optional add-ins if using (chicken, spinach, etc.).
- Spread mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and top with a little extra mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top. Broil for 2 minutes if desired for a browned finish.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with crackers, baguette slices, or veggie sticks.
