Description

Warm, cheesy, and packed with sun dried tomato flavor, this Marry Me Dip is a guaranteed crowd pleaser that’s easy to make, flexible, and unforgettable, perfect for parties, potlucks, or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: ½ cup cooked chopped chicken or sausage
  • Optional: ½ tsp red pepper flakes for heat
  • Optional: ¼ cup chopped spinach or 1 tbsp pesto

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an oven safe baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stir until well mixed and creamy. Fold in optional add-ins if using (chicken, spinach, etc.).
  4. Spread mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and top with a little extra mozzarella and parmesan.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top. Broil for 2 minutes if desired for a browned finish.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with crackers, baguette slices, or veggie sticks.

Notes

Use full-fat dairy for best results. Letting the dip rest before baking enhances flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently in the oven or microwave.
