  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, chopped (or ½ tablespoon dried)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or extra rosemary)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the lamb chops: Place the lamb chops in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chops and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Cook the lamb chops: Remove lamb chops from the marinade and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare or bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven, flipping halfway.
