Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Seasonal fruits (optional)
  • Caramel or chocolate sauce (optional)


Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan, ensuring an even layer.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy in a large bowl using an electric mixer.
  4. Gradually add the sugar and blend until combined.
  5. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract, lemon juice, and sour cream until the filling is smooth.
