Description

A quick and nutritious snack combining the sweetness of sugar snap peas with the warmth of ginger and sesame.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh sugar snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon sesame ginger dressing


Instructions

  1. Rinse the sugar snap peas thoroughly under cold running water.
  2. Trim the ends of the peas by snapping off the stem end.
  3. Combine the trimmed sugar snap peas with the sesame ginger dressing in a large bowl. Toss well.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the coated sugar snap peas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove the sugar snap peas from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish.
