Ingredients
- Mini marshmallows (or large ones if preferred)
- Fresh strawberries, hulled
- Green grapes
- Cantaloupe or orange melon balls
- Bananas, sliced into thick rounds
- Mini chocolate chips or edible black marker
- Wooden skewers or bamboo sticks
Instructions
- Wash and dry all fruits.
- Hull strawberries and cut bananas into thick slices.
- Use a melon baller for cantaloupe (or cut into cubes).
- Stack two mini marshmallows to make ghost bodies.
- Draw faces with edible marker or press in mini chocolate chips.
- Thread fruit and marshmallows alternately onto skewers.
- Top each skewer with a marshmallow ghost.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to a few hours.
Notes
