Description

Garlic Butter Smoked Sausage Bites are quick, flavorful, and endlessly shareable. Made in one pan with garlic, butter, and smoky sausage, they’re the perfect snack or party appetizer. Ready in minutes and packed with cozy comfort.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage (turkey, chicken, or beef), sliced into ½-inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Toothpicks for serving

Instructions

  1. Slice the sausage into ½-inch rounds and finely mince the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced sausage in a single layer. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until browned and heated through.
  4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm with toothpicks.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the pan, brown sausage in batches if needed. Use fresh garlic for best flavor. Add shredded cheese at the end for a cheesy variation or a drizzle of honey for sweet-savory contrast. Great for parties, snacks, or meal prep.
