Description

Garlic Butter Chicken Wraps are savory, buttery, and packed with flavor. Loaded with garlicky chicken, crisp veggies, melty cheese, and a tangy drizzle, they’re perfect for quick lunches, meal prep, or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 4 large flour tortillas or flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Garlic mayo or herbed yogurt sauce for drizzle
  • Optional: pickled onions
  • Optional: avocado slices
  • Optional: jalapeños
  • Optional: hot sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add olive oil. Toss in garlic and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add sliced chicken, paprika, pepper, and salt. Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Finish with lemon juice.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave.
  4. Layer lettuce, tomato, and red onion onto each tortilla. Top with hot chicken, sprinkle with cheese, and drizzle with sauce.
  5. Fold the sides and roll tightly. Slice in half and serve hot.

Notes

Slice chicken evenly for faster cooking. Sauté garlic gently to avoid burning. Warm tortillas to prevent cracking. For gluten-free, use GF wraps. Store chicken separately and assemble wraps fresh for best texture. Reheat in a skillet for crispiness.
