Description

Tender, golden chicken bites tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce with a hint of lemon, simple, comforting, and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken in a single layer and cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt the butter and scrape up browned bits.
  6. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter.
  8. Add chili flakes if using, squeeze in lemon juice, and stir well.
  9. Cook for 1 more minute, then remove from heat.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure a good sear. Use real butter for best flavor, and adjust lemon and chili flakes to taste.
