Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup salsa (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Crushed blue corn tortilla chips or crushed black bean chips
- Clear plastic cups (9 oz recommended)
- Black permanent marker (for Frankenstein faces)
- Optional: chopped red onion, diced tomatoes, jalapeños
Instructions
- Mash avocados in a bowl with lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until creamy but slightly chunky. Stir in optional onion or tomato if desired.
- Draw Frankenstein faces on plastic cups using a black permanent marker.
- Layer 2 tbsp salsa at the bottom of each cup, then a layer of guacamole, a thin layer of sour cream, and finish with crushed tortilla chips on top for hair.
- Refrigerate until serving. Best enjoyed within 2–3 hours for freshness.
Notes
Use ripe avocados and lime juice to keep guacamole bright. Assemble up to 2 hours ahead, but add crushed chips just before serving to stay crispy.
