Description
These Eggless Oreo Brownies are gooey, chocolaty, and packed with crushed Oreo cookies. Perfect for fall baking or anytime you’re craving an indulgent treat without eggs. Super simple and pantry-friendly.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
- ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Stir until fully incorporated. Batter will be thick.
- Fold in crushed Oreos and chocolate chips if using. Spread batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle extra crushed Oreos on top for added texture.
- Bake for 28–32 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Don’t overbake.
- Let brownies cool before slicing. Serve as is or with a scoop of ice cream.
Notes
For a fudgier brownie, slightly underbake. Chilling before slicing gives cleaner edges. Try mint or peanut butter Oreo varieties for a twist. These brownies also freeze well.
