Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sea scallops (fresh or thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel.
  2. Combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
