Ingredients
- 1 pound sea scallops (fresh or thawed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel.
- Combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the scallops to the bowl and gently toss them until they are coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Carefully place the scallops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the scallops for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Transfer the scallops to a serving platter, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!
