Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 4 slices of bacon
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil spray
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 8-10 minutes until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
- Prepare the filling by mixing shredded chicken, bacon bits, ranch dressing, and seasoning in a bowl.
- Assemble a tortilla on a clean surface, add chicken-bacon filling, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Wrap the tortilla securely, folding in the sides and rolling tightly from bottom to top.
- Air fry the wraps seam-side down at 375°F (190°C) for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.
- Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
Do not overfill the wraps to prevent bursting. Customize with additional veggies or spices as desired.
