Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.

Notes
