- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted ghee

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Gather three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
- Combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in the first bowl.
- Whisk the eggs in the second bowl until blended.
- Dredge each white fish loin in the seasoned flour, shaking off the excess.
