  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray (for crisping)
  • ยฝ cup sweet chili sauce (for dipping)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar (for dipping)


Instructions

  1. Prep the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, chopped onion, cooked chicken, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  2. Assemble the egg rolls: Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with a corner pointing towards you. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the filling onto the center of the wrapper.
