Ingredients
- 4-6 bone-in chicken pieces (thighs, drumsticks, or a combination)
- 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk (or plain yogurt mixed with water)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or a little oil for greasing
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Prepare the chicken by rinsing under cold water and patting dry.
- Set up your breading station with three bowls: one for the flour mixture, one for the buttermilk mixture, and one for the crushed cornflakes.
