  • 2 cups cornflakes, crushed

  • 1 cup buttermilk (or plain yogurt mixed with water)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or a little oil for greasing
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions
