Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

- Coat the shrimp: Dip each shrimp first into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to coat. Place the coated shrimp on a plate.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Air fry the shrimp: Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the coated shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Remove from the air fryer, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
