Instructions
- Prepare the salmon: Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water and pat dry. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Marinate the fish: Combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss salmon bites until well-coated.
- Coat with breadcrumbs: Roll each marinated piece in breadcrumbs, then place on a plate or baking sheet.
