Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • Olive oil spray (or melted butter)


Instructions

  1. Prep the shrimp: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Make the coating: In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, parsley, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Prepare the egg wash: In another bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
  4. Coat the shrimp: Dip each shrimp into the egg wash, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
