Ingredients
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if preferred)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp by rinsing them in cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
- Make the coating by combining breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the shrimp with olive oil, then dip them into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Air fry the shrimp in a single layer for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
