Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if preferred)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp by rinsing them in cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
  2. Make the coating by combining breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the shrimp with olive oil, then dip them into the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
