Description
A simple, creamy slow-cooker chicken that melts in your mouth, featuring cream cheese, ranch, bacon, and cheddar for a rich flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet cream cheese (8 ounces)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
- Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- After cooking, shred the chicken using two forks and mix everything together.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and bacon until melted.
- Serve on buns or as desired, garnished with green onions.
Notes
Cool the chicken to room temperature before storing. It can be kept in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for 3 months.
