Description

Juicy, cheesy, and irresistibly savory, Crack Burgers are your next go-to comfort food. Layered with gooey cheddar, smoky turkey bacon, and a creamy ranch-style sauce, they’re perfect for cozy nights in or game day gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 68 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • ½ cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 burger buns, toasted
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  2. Divide into 4 patties, slightly larger than your buns.
  3. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side, until desired doneness.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with cheddar cheese and cover to melt.
  5. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ranch dressing, hot sauce, and smoked paprika to make the special sauce.
  6. Spread sauce on bottom half of toasted buns. Add a cheesy patty, top with turkey bacon and green onions. Cover with the top bun.

Notes

Use 80/20 beef for juicier patties. Don’t overmix the meat. Toast buns to prevent sogginess. Let patties rest before assembling for best results.
