Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
  • Optional: vanilla ice cream for serving


Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  2. Prepare the batter by whisking eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until thick and pale.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
