Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced or torn into pieces)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), setting the stage for mouthwatering aromas.
