Description

Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps with Spinach are the perfect fall comfort food, warm, melty, and packed with garlicky goodness, tender chicken, spinach, and gooey cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas or flatbreads
  • Optional: thinly sliced red onion
  • Optional: a touch of chili flakes
  • Optional: sliced avocado

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes, just until wilted.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until heated through, then remove from heat.
  4. Lay out tortillas. Sprinkle cheese evenly, then spoon the chicken-spinach mixture over it. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  5. Wipe the skillet clean and return to medium heat. Grill each wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Slice diagonally and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a fall salad.

Notes

Don’t overfill the wraps for easier rolling. Use a mix of cheeses for better flavor. For gluten-free, use certified gluten-free wraps and cheese. To store, refrigerate in foil for up to 3 days or freeze (pre-grilled) up to 2 months.
