Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk (or a non-dairy alternative)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups diced vegetables (such as bell peppers, spinach, or mushrooms)
- 1 cup diced ham (or turkey for a lighter option)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the egg mixture by whisking the eggs with milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté the diced vegetables in a skillet over medium heat until tender.
