Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps
- Optional: black pepper, red pepper flakes, or fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until everything is coated well.
- Gently fold in the chopped romaine lettuce.
- Mix in the shredded mozzarella and parmesan.
- Warm each tortilla slightly. Spoon the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center. Roll tightly like a burrito.
- (Optional) Toast the wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet or panini press for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and melty.
- Slice diagonally and serve warm.
Notes
