This Cheesy Bacon Chicken Ranch Wrap is cozy, creamy, and packed with flavor. Inspired by food truck favorites, it blends crispy bacon, juicy chicken, melty cheddar, and cool ranch in a warm tortilla, perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.
Ingredients
- 2 cooked chicken breasts (shredded or chopped)
- 4 slices of crispy beef or turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (or Greek yogurt ranch)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 4 large flour tortillas (or gluten-free wraps)
- Optional: jalapeños, cucumbers, red onions, avocado, hot sauce
Instructions
- Cook chicken in a skillet with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until golden and cooked through. Let rest and shred or slice.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain and crumble.
- Warm tortillas slightly. Layer each with romaine, chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and a drizzle of ranch.
- Roll tortillas tightly, folding in sides as you go. Optional: toast each wrap in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melty.
- Serve immediately or wrap tightly for later.
