Description

These Bloody Berry Smoothie Bowls are the ultimate cozy fall breakfast—vibrant, nourishing, and just indulgent enough. Packed with antioxidants and bursting with moody berry color, they’re perfect for chilly mornings or brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • ½ cup frozen cherries
  • 1 ripe banana (preferably frozen)
  • ½ cup pomegranate juice (or beet juice)
  • ½ cup plain yogurt or plant-based alternative
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Toppings: sliced banana, pumpkin seeds, granola, almond butter, coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Add frozen berries, banana, cherries, pomegranate juice, yogurt, oats, and chia seeds to a high-speed blender. Blend until thick and creamy.
  2. If the texture is too thick, add a splash more juice. If too runny, add ice cubes or frozen cauliflower.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and smooth out the top with the back of a spoon.
  4. Top with sliced banana, pumpkin seeds, granola, almond butter, coconut flakes, or your favorites.
  5. Serve immediately while chilled and thick.

Notes

Use frozen fruit only for best texture. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. For a fall twist, add pumpkin purée and cinnamon before blending.
