- Prep the zucchini: Start by thoroughly washing the zucchinis under running water. Slice them into rounds or half-moons, making sure they are about 1/2 inch thick for even cooking.
- Mix the seasoning: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Coat the zucchini: Add the zucchini slices to the bowl and toss them in the oil and seasoning mixture. Ensure every piece is coated well for maximum flavor.
- Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). This step is essential for getting that perfectly roasted texture.
- Arrange in the air fryer: Place the coated zucchini in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If necessary, cook them in batches to avoid overcrowding.
