Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a healthier option)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits (or halal turkey bacon)
  • Optional: chili flakes, garlic powder, or your favorite seasoning for added flavor


Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your Airfryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. While it’s heating, wash the russet potatoes thoroughly under cold water.
  3. Pat the potatoes dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over each potato and rub it in to ensure an even coating.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the potatoes.
  6. Carefully place the seasoned potatoes in the Airfryer basket.
  7. Airfry for 35-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  8. Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the Airfryer and let them cool for a couple of minutes.
  9. Create a slit on the top of each potato and use a fork to fluff up the inside.
  10. Add shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, turkey bacon bits, and green onions.
  11. If desired, season with chili flakes or garlic powder.
