  • 2 medium-sized yellow squashes, sliced into ¼ inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme) for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the squash: Wash the yellow squashes thoroughly and slice them into ¼ inch rounds.
  2. Season the squash: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced squash with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Air fry the squash: Place the seasoned squash rounds in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket.
