Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized yellow squashes, sliced into ¼ inch rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted coconut oil

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the squash: Wash the yellow squashes thoroughly and slice them into ¼ inch rounds.
- Season the squash: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced squash with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Air fry the squash: Place the seasoned squash rounds in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket.
- Cook: Air fry the squash for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender with crispy edges.
