Description

Ingredients

  • 6 corn tortillas (or flour tortillas for a different flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
  • Optional toppings: chopped fresh cilantro, chili powder, or nutritional yeast


Instructions

  1. Prepare your tortillas: Cut them into wedges using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  2. Season the chips: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss in tortilla wedges.
