Ingredients
- 6 corn tortillas (or flour tortillas for a different flavor)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- Freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
- Optional toppings: chopped fresh cilantro, chili powder, or nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Prepare your tortillas: Cut them into wedges using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
- Season the chips: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss in tortilla wedges.
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Air frying time: Place seasoned wedges in a single layer in the basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check for doneness; they should be golden brown and crispy.
