Ingredients
- 2 boneless ribeye or sirloin steaks (approx. 1-inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Take your steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Pat the steaks dry using paper towels, and then rub olive oil over both sides. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
- Set your air fryer to preheat at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
- While the steaks are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sautรฉ for about 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
- Remove the steaks from the air fryer and allow them to rest for about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle the garlic butter over the steaks and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
