Ingredients

  • 2 boneless ribeye or sirloin steaks (approx. 1-inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Take your steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Pat the steaks dry using paper towels, and then rub olive oil over both sides. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
  3. Set your air fryer to preheat at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the steaks in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
  5. While the steaks are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sautรฉ for about 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
  6. Remove the steaks from the air fryer and allow them to rest for about 5 minutes.
  7. Drizzle the garlic butter over the steaks and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
