Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
Instructions
- Prep your potatoes: Wash and slice them paper-thin.
- Soak the potato slices in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
- Season the chips with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Air fry the chips in small batches for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Cool the chips on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
For the best crunch, ensure the potato slices are thin and do not overcrowd the air fryer.
