Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice


Instructions

  1. Prep your potatoes: Wash and slice them paper-thin.
  2. Soak the potato slices in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Season the chips with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Air fry the chips in small batches for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. Cool the chips on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

For the best crunch, ensure the potato slices are thin and do not overcrowd the air fryer.
