- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the potatoes: Start by washing the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt. Then, slice them into even rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Season the slices: In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat your air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange in the air fryer: Place the seasoned potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry: Cook the potatoes at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm: Once golden brown and aromatic, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
