Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a little heat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Prep the shrimp: Ensure your shrimp are thawed and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Season the shrimp: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add the shrimp and toss until they’re evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the shrimp for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
