Ingredients

  • 1 pound of large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a little heat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Prep the shrimp: Ensure your shrimp are thawed and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Season the shrimp: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add the shrimp and toss until they’re evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook the shrimp for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
