Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Optional: Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Prep the shrimp: Start with fresh, peeled, and deveined shrimp. Rinse them under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Make the marinade: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh lemon juice. Stir well to create a marinade.
  3. Marinate the shrimp: Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss until all the pieces are evenly coated. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer: While the shrimp are marinating, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Cook the shrimp: Arrange the marinated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Serve and enjoy: Carefully remove the shrimp from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
