Instructions
- Prep the scallops: Start by thoroughly cleaning your scallops under cold running water. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Season: In a mixing bowl, gently toss the scallops with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Air fry the scallops: Arrange the seasoned scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air-fry for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
